Request deletion of your CalmPulse account and data

עמוד זה מיועד למשתמשי CalmPulse שרוצים למחוק את החשבון והמידע האישי שלהם — גם אם האפליקציה כבר הוסרה מהמכשיר.

This page is for CalmPulse users who want to delete their account and personal data — including if the app has already been uninstalled.

What data will be deleted?

• חשבון המשתמש (Firebase Authentication)
• כתובת האימייל ופרטי הפרופיל (שם מלא, תאריך לידה, מגדר)
• רשומות היומן (Journal) והיסטוריית רגשות
• היסטוריית שיחות עם PULSE AI
• העדפות מוזיקה ומדיה שנשמרו בשרת
• סטטוס פרימיום ונתוני שימוש שמורים בענן

• User account (Firebase Authentication)
• Email address and profile details (full name, birth date, gender)
• Journal entries and emotion history
• PULSE AI chat history
• Music and media preferences stored on our servers
• Premium status and cloud-stored usage data

קבצי מדיה שהעליתם למכשיר (MP3 / תמונות / וידאו) נשמרים מקומית בלבד ואינם נמחקים אוטומטית מהמכשיר. ניתן למחוק אותם ידנית מהמכשיר. בקשות מחיקה מטופלות בדרך כלל תוך עד 30 יום.

Media files you uploaded on-device (MP3 / images / video) stay on your device and are not deleted automatically. Please remove them manually from your device. Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.

איך למחוק בעצמך באפליקציה

How to delete from inside the app

1. פתחו את אפליקציית CalmPulse והתחברו לחשבון.
2. עברו למסך המשתמש / ההגדרות.
3. בחרו באפשרות Delete my Account / מחיקת החשבון.
4. אשרו את המחיקה. החשבון והנתונים בענן יימחקו.

1. Open the CalmPulse app and sign in.
2. Go to the User / Settings screen.
3. Tap Delete my Account.
4. Confirm deletion. Your account and cloud data will be removed.

בקשת מחיקה באימייל (גם בלי האפליקציה)

Request deletion by email (even without the app)

מלאו את הטופס למטה — ייפתח מייל מוכן לכתובת התמיכה שלנו (calmpulseapp@gmail.com. לחלופין, שלחו מייל ידני עם נושא: CalmPulse Account Deletion Request וציינו את האימייל של החשבון למחיקה.
